Step 1:

Go to the settings, then to membership plans and setup a new plan

Step 2:

Under the details tab change max number of members to how may people can be attached including the lead.

If joint members is setup to 2 this would allow 1 lead and 1 joint, if the joint members is setup to 3 this would allow 1 lead and 2 joint etc.

or

You can create a Corporate membership with many people that can be attached to the same membership.
​You can then set their maximum members that should be attached to this plan.

Step 3:

Setup the membership plans as normal, the price will need to be the full amount including joint members. For example if the price per member is £30 , the price on the joint plan is £60 as the lead is paying the full amount.

Joint membership plans can be sold both online or within the club, however you will need to manually link up the joint member to the lead. This cannot be done through the members portal.

Step 1:

Go to the lead member

Click on the membership tab

Setup the joint membership, then setup the payment method.

Step 2:

Go to the joint member

Now click on the membership tab

Go to add a membership plan, scroll down and click 'add' next to the leads name.

The will then be linked up with payments going out the lead members profile

Step 1:

Go to the Lead member
Click on Edit on the membership plan

Step 2:

Click on Options and you are able to see list which allows you to remove easily someone from that group.

quick tip: the payment will only come out the lead members account therefore you may need to have this at extra to change for the joint member also
