Receive owner booking emails

Step 1

You will go to the settings cog in the top right, and click on club info. Then you will select the diary/bookings tab, and within here you can select the box to allow booking notifications.

Once selected you can either have the instructor receive the emails, or if not set, then the emails will go to anyone with owner status.


Instructors receive booking emails

Step 1

For the instructor to receive booking emails you will go to the settings cog in the top right, click on activities. Once you are on the activities page, you will click the edit button on the class you would like to receive emails for.

Step 2

Once you are in the activity setup you can select the instructor under the class info tab.

If you are a Core or Complete customer and the specific instructor is not appearing, you will need to set them up under the staff.
