GoCardless (Direct Debits):
No Setup Fee
No Contract
No Monthly Fee
You are only charged for successful collections
Charges are: 1% plus 20p (+vat) of what they successfully collect
For example: A £35 membership would cost you £0.55 +vat to be collected and this would be deducted before the monies are paid to you.
The successful monies that are collected are paid into your designated bank account (Minus their fees) within two-working days.
Stripe (Online Card Payments):

No Monthly Fee
You are only charged for successful collections
Charges (Including our Application Fee) are: 1.95% plus 20p (+vat) of what they successfully collect
For example: An upfront payment of £20 would cost you only £0.59p +vat to be collected and this would be deducted before the monies are paid to you.
The successful monies that are collected are paid into your designated bank account (Minus their fees) up to 14 working days (Please refer to Stripe directly for confirmation on this, as it may be quicker for you).
Our Recommendations:
You should ideally set up with both of the above companies, within our Integration area of your system, so that they are both linked/connected to your ClubRight account.
Most of our customers use GoCardless for the recurring billing (As it is cheaper and they pay you quicker), but then use Stripe for upfront payments, such as the pro-rata, or 1-Off Immediate payments.
ClubRight also gives you the ability to collect recurring payments by card as well using Stripe if you prefer, just set up your membership plan to collect monthly by card.
You can take 1-off payment by GoCardless, but these are not taken immediately from your customer, leaving you at risk that they may use your service(s) and then not pay.

Our “Application Fee” on all Stripe payments is 0.45%
Both of the above companies are completely separate to ours, but we have a proven, tried & tested integration.
ClubRight does not touch any of your money, nor does it keep any of your customers Bank / Card details on our system – these are all held securely within the above companies’ systems but integrated in ClubRight meaning your business is PCI compliant.
