The GDPR requires you as a Clust user to sign a DPA (Data Protection Act).

Why does it applies to Clust users?

  • Because you're very likely to be a professional if you use Clust
  • Chances are that you're requesting & collecting personal data

If these two conditions apply to you, Clust needs to define the relationship that exists between you as a professional user and us, Clust.

To be more precise, this requirement is up to the one responsible for the data.

In our relationship, that's you, the end user. Your goal while using Clust is collect someone's documents, files or information. We are the processor, meaning that we take care of your request although we have no purposes ourselves for your data.
