There are two options for LabTrack, one requiring prior bookings and one without.
To see reports requiring prior bookings, download your reports as normal, and there will be two columns in the report with the following data:
Actual Start Time: This is the real time when the user logged in.
Actual End Time: This is the real time when the user logged out.
Actual Duration: This is the real duration of the usage of the instrument.
To see reports not requiring bookings (walk up), please select "LabTrack (no booking required)" in the source drop down menu in the "Reports" section of Clustermarket
