Yes, you can add more users to your lab whenever you need to. The amount of users you pay for (shown as 'units' on your quote) at the start of your subscription is not a cap or maximum limit to the amount of users you can have.

Throughout your 12 months subscription, any additional users you add over the original amount will be charged for at the end of the subscription period on a pro rata basis.

To put the pricing per user into an example, if you have a subscription for 50 user seats in your lab, you could remove 5 users and then add 5 more, and your billing will not change as you still are within your 50 user seats originally purchased. 10 months into your subscription, if you added another user and had 51 user seats occupied for 2 months, you would receive a bill at the end of the subscription charging for the additional user seat for the 2 months on a pro rata basis.
