Scammers are always finding new ways to steal your money. They will impersonate businesses by contacting you in different ways such as email or social media. Scammers will ask for money or personal details such as passwords.

Crypto transactions are recorded on a public ledger called the blockchain. The blockchain contains public list of every cryptocurrency transaction on-chain. When you send cryptocurrency to someone, you can usually only get your money back if the person you paid sends crypto back. Processed transactions on the blockchain are not reversible. Always make sure you know who you are sending money to.
