If you've set up a subscription 2017 onwards, in most cases you can do this online by following the video below.
If you are unable to cancel your subscription as described in the video above, don't worry, just jump on the little chat icon and ask us to do it for you. It may be that you have a 'legacy' subscription set up on a different payment system that we were using in our sportEX days, ie. before we launched the Co-Kinetic site. That means we will have to cancel the payment for you.
It would help if you can give us a the email address (or a range of them if you don't know which one your subscription is under) and also your postcode so we can make sure we've got the right account.
