Please could you watch this video before raising a support ticket

In this video I answer the following questions:

  1. Can you deactivate a post once you've activated it? The quick answer is no, there is no deactivate button currently, but you can delete the text from the social network boxes and click save and this should stop the post from posting (ideally obviously if in doubt, don't activate it in the first place πŸ˜…)

  2. Can you edit the Suggested Post - yes, it's just 'suggested' text, you can use none, some or all of it and you can edit or write from scratch as needed.

  3. Can you remove the Success URL and replace it with a single leaflet Share Link - yes, just do that under each social network text box and Save the post

  4. If you spot instructions to add a Personal Lead Collection URL link in blog post copy of some campaigns, those pages aren't live yet. They existed in the previous version of the platform and we will be resurrecting them in the next phase of development. These are email lead collection pages designed to help you turn your blog posts into email lead generators. For now we recommend you just replace that link with your Success Page URL which you can find under the Campaign Scheduler tab of the campaign in question.

  5. The Social and Campaign Scheduler tabs ONLY appear on Marketing Campaign content - they won't appear on any of the other content types as they're not relevant to those pieces of content
