Downloading receipts and managing your subscription

Here's how to access your billing area, update credit cards or cancel your subscription 😱

Instructions

  1. Login to the Co-Kinetic content area

  2. Go to the Your Profile area

  3. Go to the Billing Tab

  4. Click the orange button saying Manage Subscriptions & View Billing History

If you don't see an orange button it's likely you're paying using an legacy payment system - in which case raise a chat with us using the chat icon in the bottom right hand corner and we'll jump in and help.

If you started your subscription pre-2015...

...you may be on one of our legacy payment systems and you won't be able to manage your subscription from this area.

If this is the case just use the chat icon in the bottom right hand corner to get in touch with us directly and we can help out from there 😁.
