Royal Mail is experiencing very high demand, and are advising that deliveries may take longer than normal for some customers

Making Changes to your Delivery 'In-Flight'

Royal Mail have launched a new feature which allows you to amend certain delivery details ahead of receiving your delivery.

When you receive your delivery SMS/email from Royal Mail, it will contain a link where you can make a change to your delivery location - for example to leave it with a neighbour, or a safe-place. You can also book a re-delivery where appropriate.

NHS login is a service that is provided and managed by the NHS. You can use this service to log into the Co-op Health app.

The NHS will work through all applications as quickly as possible and advise you when they have completed the checks, or any further actions you need to complete.
