3D features do not work

3D features will only work when the field was previously calibrated. If you want to learn how to calibrate the field, please watch the following video tutorial. To be sure that you calibrated the field correctly, take a look at the generated yellow lines (once you spotted the 4 dots on the pitch), they must be aligned with the field limits. Like this:

If you also need to change the sport, you could right-click on the calibration icon and change it:

Once changed, just align the dots with the pitch, and done ✔

With the calibrated pitch, you now will be able to use the 3D features.

Blurred features

This problem could be caused by an incorrectly configured Chroma Key.

Tools disappear from the items menu

Unfortunately, there’s no way to restore those features, but there is a way to avoid that issue. To prevent it, you should create a personalized backup profile. To create a new empty profile, right-click on the cross option under the items menu and select “New Profile”. If you have already customized a profile and want to save it afterward, you should right-click on the cross and select “Save as new profile”.

Once saved, you can open the new profile in Coach Paint:

After doing this, your profile will be saved as a backup on the Profile folder in “C:\Users\Username\Documents\Paint9\Profiles” or "Macintosh HD - Library - Application Support - ChyronHego - Paint9 - Profiles" if you have a Mac.

The Pause button is missing

We could see on some occasions that the pause button is missing:

To fix this issue:

  1. Open the Tools Admin

  2. Search for the "Playback Speed" feature

  3. Grab it and re-locate it into the correct spot:
