In this article, we are going to show you how you can update your license. This issue probably occurs when it has been a while since you ran Coach Paint for the last time, or when the Support team has extended your license, and now you need to update it.
To update your Coach Paint license, follow these steps:
Run Coach Paint and you will find a pop-up like this one. Please select "Update License".
After clicking Update License, the License Updater will open and you can see there that the expiration date is in red. In this case, the license has expired.
Select "Update" and the license will load in a few seconds. Once is finished, you will see that the expiration date has been updated, meaning that your license has been properly updated.
At this point, you could be also asked to sign in with your license credentials. in that case, you need to type in your email and your License Password. At the end of this article, we'll explain how to see your license password 😉
You're all set, you just need to run Coach Paint again.
Note: If after updating the license updater in step 2 the expiration date keeps in red, please contact the Support team by sending an email to coachpaintsupport@tracab.com.
How to see my License password?
To see your license password, follow these steps:
Log into the Download Area with your email and password.
Click on "Licenses" (upper right corner)
Select your Coach Paint license.
See the Password license:
