Step-by-step
Open the application called Console
Command + space, write Console, and select it
Select the "Crash Reports" section in the console application’s reports menu
Find a report with a process name equal to "java" and the date when the last crash happened
Right-click on the record and select the “Reveal in Finder” option
5. Get this file (.ips) from a MAC and share it with the support team. You can send it via Email, Google drive or WeTransfer.
