Step 1: Accessing the Clip Configuration Option
To begin, locate the clip banks on the right side of your screen. Look for the "Clip Configuration" option, represented by a cogwheel or gear icon. Click on this button to proceed.
Step 2: Selecting the "Back Up Clips" Option
After accessing the Clip Configuration menu, you'll be presented with several options. Look for and select the "Back Up Clips" option. This will initiate the process of saving your clips.
Step 3: Choosing the Destination Folder
Next, you'll need to choose the folder where you want your clips to be exported. We recommend creating a new, empty folder specifically for this purpose. Select the desired folder to proceed.
Step 4: Retaining Clip Positions (Optional)
At this stage, you'll be given the option to retain the positions of your clips. Consider whether maintaining the arrangement of your clips is important for your workflow. If it is, ensure the corresponding, select the "Keep exact position" option.

Restore your clips
You can restore all your clips with just one click:

Step 2: Selecting the "Restore Clips" Option
After accessing the Clip Configuration menu, you'll be presented with several options. Look for and select the "Restore clips" option.
Step 3: Choosing the right folder
Next, you'll need to choose the folder where you have backed up your clips previously. Click on the Browse option, locate your "Back Up" folder and click "Open" to select it:
After locating your folder and selecting it, click on Restore, to initiate the import.
Import them back manually (optional)
Select an empty clip bank.
Right-click and choose "Import clip."
Use the file explorer to find the folder where your clips are saved.
Select the clip you want and import it.
These steps are optional since you can use the Restore Clips option for restoring all your clips back.
