In this guide, we will walk you through the process of performing a clean reinstall of Coach Paint. This involves locating and deleting the Paint9 folder from your system.


Mac's step-by-step:

  1. Open Finder:

    • Click on the Finder icon in your Dock to open a Finder window.

  2. Locate the Paint9 folder:

    • Go to Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Chyronhego > Paint9

  3. Delete Paint9 Folder:

    • Right-click on the Paint9 folder and select Move to Trash.


Windows Instructions

  1. Open File Explorer:

    • Press Win + E on your keyboard to open File Explorer.

  2. Navigate to the Paint9 folder:

    • Go to C:\Program Files\ChyronHego\Paint9

  3. Delete Paint9 Folder:

    • Right-click on the Paint9 folder and select Delete.
