In this guide, we will walk you through the process of performing a clean reinstall of Coach Paint. This involves locating and deleting the Paint9 folder from your system.


🖥 Step-by-Step Instructions by Operating System

🖱 Mac Instructions

🔵 Paint9 Folder (Coach Paint 9):

  1. In Finder, go to:
    Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Chyronhego > Paint9

  2. If the folder exists, right-click it and select Move to Trash

🟣 Paint10 Folder (Coach Paint 10):

  1. In Finder, go to:
    Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Chyron > Paint10

  2. If the folder exists, right-click it and select Move to Trash


🖱 Windows Instructions

🔵 Paint9 Folder (Coach Paint 9):

  1. Open File Explorer (Press Win + E)

  2. Navigate to:
    C:\Program Files\ChyronHego\Paint9

  3. If the folder exists, right-click it and select Delete

🟣 Paint10 Folder (Coach Paint 10):

  1. Open File Explorer (Press Win + E)

  2. Navigate to:
    C:\Program Files\Chyron\Paint10

  3. If the folder exists, right-click it and select Delete
