How to use Coach Paint on a touchscreen device

If an external touchscreen monitor/TV is connected to the computer, Coach Paint can be opened and used on that touchscreen device.

For the touchscreen to work, it is first necessary to:

  1. Connect the touchscreen device to the main laptop
    The specific setup may vary depending on your touchscreen and laptop. Usually, this is achieved via an HDMI and USB connection.

  2. Download the UPDD touchscreen driver
    Follow the instructions explained here

  3. Install the UPDD touchscreen driver
    Follow the instructions explained here

  4. Set the touchscreen as the primary monitor

    • For Mac:

      • Go to Settings > Displays.

      • Right-click on the touchscreen monitor.

      • Select Main Display.


  5. For Windows:

    • Right-click on the main screen and select Display Settings.

    • You will see both of your screens identified by a number.

    • Select the screen that you want to configure as the main screen.

    • Scroll down and click on Make this my main display.

6. Launch Coach Paint
