Downloading Your CCP Certificate in LearnRx
Once you complete the Certified Coaching Program (CCP) and your final project has been graded and approved, your certificate of completion becomes available for download in LearnRx.
When is my certificate available?
Your CCP certificate unlocks once all of the following are complete:
All course modules marked complete in LearnRx
Final project submitted
Final project graded and passed by an OPEX mentor
Grading typically takes 7 to 14 business days after submission. You'll receive an email when your certificate is ready.
How to download your certificate
Sign in to LearnRx.
Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
Select My Certificates from the dropdown menu.
Find Certified Coaching Program in the list.
Click Download PDF to save your certificate to your device.
Your certificate includes your full name as it appears in your LearnRx profile, your completion date, and a unique certificate ID for verification.
My name is wrong on the certificate
Your certificate pulls the name from your LearnRx profile. To update it:
Go to Profile Settings in LearnRx.
Update your first and last name.
Save your changes.
Return to My Certificates and download the certificate again.
Sharing your certificate
Your downloaded PDF can be:
Attached to your LinkedIn profile under Licenses and Certifications
Printed and framed for your studio or office
Shared with clients, employers, or gym owners as proof of certification
Each certificate includes a unique ID that OPEX can verify on request.
I can't find my certificate
If you've completed all coursework but don't see your certificate:
Check that all modules show 100% complete in LearnRx.
Confirm your final project has been graded (look for the graded badge in your submission).
Wait up to 24 hours after grading for the certificate to generate.
If it still isn't showing, message our support team with your LearnRx email and we'll investigate.
