There are a few ways to transition from your current platform to CoachRx. Manual and migrate. We would recommend the migrate route if you have a large client load (200+ clients) to avoid having to re-input credit card information, but both methods get you to the same outcome of receiving payments through CoachRx.

Manual

To manually make the transition-

  1. Open your current payment processor in a separate window or monitor, pulling up all current clients

  2. Open CoachRx payments

  3. Ensure all clients in your current payment processor exist in CoachRx, if not add missing clients to CoachRx

  4. Connect your client to an existing subscription

  5. Choose their start date (this is when they will be first charged), end date, and billing date (this is when the payment will be taken out of their account each month)

  6. Repeat this process for each client

Migrate

To migrate-

  1. If your current payment processor is connected through Stripe

    1. De-authorize your account through your current platform

    2. Once de-authorized, you may use the same email address and phone number to go through the sign-up process in CoachRx

    3. You may get started without de-authorizing, but you will need to use a different email address and phone number than your current Stripe account

    4. Go to the “Customers” tab in the Business Suite

    5. Click “ Stripe”, these are the customers that have payment methods set up in your connected Stripe Account

    6. If the email matches their “CoachRx” account, their credit card info will be synced automatically. If the email addresses DO NOT match, change their email address in their “Stripe” tab to match their CoachRx client profile and CoachRx will auto-sync your client’s payment method.

  2. If not currently using Stripe

    1. Create your Stripe account through CoachRx

    2. Request a migration process through your current platform

    3. Request a migration through your Stripe account. You can get started here

    4. Once your clients are synced with the Stripe account you have connected to CoachRx:

    5. Go to the “Customers” tab in the Business Suite

    6. Click “ Stripe”, these are the customers that have payment methods set up in your connected Stripe Account

    7. If the email matches their “CoachRx” account, their credit card info will be synced automatically. If the email addresses DO NOT match, change their email address in their “ Stripe” tab to match their CoachRx client profile
