Updated over 5 months ago
  1. Do not spam or excessively use capital letters in the chat.
Spam is any irrelevant or inappropriate message sent out on the Internet to a large number of users. CAPS MAKES YOU LOOK LIKE YOU'RE YELLING! It makes chat look cluttered, and you may get suspended from the chat for it.

  2. Do not insult other users.

It is forbidden to engage in toxic behavior towards other players on the site. Harassment/bullying (in this case cyberbullying), inappropriate messages, racism, chauvinism, sexism are strictly forbidden! Keep the use of profanity to a minimum. Be a friendly and fun person that everyone looks forward to chat with. Make friends, not enemies. Additional note: women like to play here too, so let's make them feel like queens, not objects.

  3. Do not share any personal information (including social media information) about yourself or other players.

Please respect the privacy of other players as well as your own. Publishing any personal information of another player will result in your chat being disabled; this includes real names/surnames, email addresses, social media links/tags/identifiers, address, phone number, and any other information that may compromise user privacy.

  4. Do not beg or ask for sulfur, cases, coupons.
One of the most common reasons people get blocked is asking for money. If you are an active user who is friendly to other players, we are sure you will not be left without gifts. In case of any kind of begging, Moderation team reserve the right to block you indefinitely. Additionally, you should not post coupons from our social media in chat, this may cause the coupon to disappear quickly

  5. No suspicious behavior that could be seen as potential fraud or abuse.
It is forbidden to invite users to chat in third-party messengers (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, etc.), as well as to invite them to groups in the mentioned social networks and messengers. Reposting helpdesk responses may be seen as an attempt to abuse the support system, compromise its integrity, and give other players a false impression of the responses and interaction policy.

  6. Impersonating another person is strictly prohibited!!!!
Using variations of a username and/or simply changing a single letter or number for distraction will be considered a serious offense and account access will eventually be blocked, as it falls under the category of abuse and suspicious activity with the potential to scam/mislead others. Do not share/promote any services.

  7. Do not engage in any form of advertising/trading/selling/buying or offering services.
The site is for game play only. Do not post links advertising products of any kind, as our site does not support this type of activity. Affiliate links are prohibited, even if they are from the CobaltLab affiliate program. Mentioning other gaming sites is prohibited and will be considered advertising. Do not share any bonus codes or any offers, even if they are also from CobaltLab. Additionally, if we discover that you are playing from a purchased account, that account will be permanently disabled.

  8. No discussion of streamers, Twitch/YouTube or any other similar platforms.
You are not allowed to discuss Twitch/YouTube or any other live streaming platforms, nor are you allowed to post or promote links to your stream or usernames (Twitch, YouTube or any alternative streaming platforms). Saying that you are "live" or asking players in chat to join your broadcast is prohibited.

  9. No discussion of politics or religion in chat, this is strictly forbidden.
On CobaltLab all religions are equal and we make no distinction between them, so avoid any discussions on this topic. Talking about politics is strictly forbidden.
