Mistake when depositing

Updated over 8 months ago

In this article, let's look at a few errors that can occur when trying to deposit with skins or fiat payments.

Depositing with skins:

1. Your Steam account has restrictions on trading, please offer to trade to any user to clarify the reason

📍If you have changed your nickname in Steam, your account is automatically blocked from trades for a period of 2 to 4 hours from the moment you changed your nickname. After this time, update the trade link on the site and you will be able to continue making deposits and withdrawals

2. InvalidCreateTradeOffer

📍This means that the skin you are trying to deposit has a trade ban on Steam (to be sure if an item is tradable, please go to your Inventory and select the item and read the item details. The "Tags" section will indicate if it is tradable or not). If there is no trade ban on skins, update the Trade link in our site settings, if that doesn't help you, contact our technical support team.

3. Steam servers are temporarily unavailable

📍This means that at the moment some Steam servers may not be processing user requests, in this case a trade cannot be created and you need to wait 5-10 minutes.

4. This Steam account has escrow and cannot trade

📍This means that your account does not have Steam mobile authenticator enabled or it has not been more than 15 days since it was enabled.

5. Blacklisted item

📍This indicates that the item's price fluctuates frequently on the market or that there is an oversupply on our site.
