Withdrawal error

There are a few errors that users may encounter during withdrawal:

The amoun exceeds the daily limit

This means that you have used up the entire daily withdrawal limit or are trying to exceed it.

Example of an error:

Your Steam account has restrictions on trading

This means that your Steam account currently has a trade ban or other restrictions. To find out the reason, try offering a trade to any user on Steam.

Example of an error:

Steam servers are temporarily unavailable

This error indicates that at the moment Steam servers are overloaded or they are undergoing technical maintenance. In this case, you should wait until the Steam servers become available again.


Example of an error:

Some items have become unvailailable for exchange

This means that the item has already been taken or it is in the process of withdrawal. In this case you have to select another item for withdrawal.

An error has occurred. Contact support

If you encounter an error, please contact our Live Support on site and provide a screenshot of the error. Support operators will forward the information to the technical team and the trade will be canceled and the funds will be added back to the balance as soon as possible.

Example of an error:

This Steam account has escrow and cannot trade.

This error occurs if your Steam account is not connected to a mobile authenticator. If you have already connected the authenticator but the error still appears, make sure that more than 15 days have passed since you connected it.
