When you connect an artist, Cobrand links their official Instagram and TikTok profiles. If either is missing though, or if you have additional artist profiles, you can add them by going to Social Engagement and clicking "Add Account". You will be asked to assign an Artist, add profile URLs, and pick the account type. In this case, it would be artist.

This workflow also applies for adding fan profiles. You can add as many Fan accounts as you like using this same method. See this video below for a walkthrough.

To delete social accounts from an artist, click into the artist's name within the Social Engagement tab. Once you are in their dedicated socials page, click the Settings icon in the top right > Edit Accounts > Remove account > Done.

It will take 24 hours for an account to fully sync after you add it. From that point forward, metrics sync daily including ingested posts.

At this time we only support Tiktok and Instagram posts and engagement tracking.
