There are two types of invoices at Cobrand:
Monthly Subscription: all Cobrand users have a recurring monthly subscription which is issued and charged to your payment method on the first day of your month. This is your anchor billing date.
Drops and Creator payments: these are charged only if you use these services. The invoices for either of these services will be issued at the end of the subsequent month, regardless of your anchor billing date.
Payment methods
To set up a Cobrand subscription, you need to subscribe to auto-pay. This can be set up with a credit card or a US Bank Account. You will be asked to complete this as part of your registration set-up before you receive your login credentials.
You can change your payment method details at anytime in Settings, in the section Plan & Billing.
Drops and Fan Messaging Payments
If you use Cobrand to send email, SMS, or WhatsApp messages, you will receive a monthly invoice at the end of the subsequent calendar month regardless of your anchor billing date.
The charges will be separate by Artist and by the Drop they were associated with. If the messaging was not associated with a specific Drop event, for example a recurring newsletter, the invoice line will simply appear as "Artist XYZ - Fan Messaging".
Drops invoices will automatically be charged to the payment method you have on file for your subscription.
Creator Payments
If you use Cobrand's Payments service to pay creators, you will eceive a monthly invoice at the end of the subsequent calendar month regardless of your anchor billing date.
The charges will be separated by Artist and Promotion. The total amount will reflect the base payment to the creator plus a 10% Cobrand Service Fee.
As a reminder, you can always check your Creator Payments history directly in the app by navigating to the Paid tab within Payments, and customizing the lookback window. Please note, these figures represent the base creator payment, and do not include the Cobrand Service Fee.
Invoices and Receipts
You can find your history of Paid invoices and receipts in the Plan & Billing section in Settings.
