How to build your own creator database

Updated over 2 weeks ago

When you find a Creator you want to work with now or in the future, make sure to Save their profile and add a Tag, so you remember why you added them to your database. Tags are useful especially when working across large teams. The Notes section is useful if you want to share specific comments across your team, as it is better suited to long-form text.

You can add as many Tags as you like, and sort on them later when you are ready to kick off a Promotion. Tags we recommend are genre and video type - GRWM, lipsync, dance trend, etc. Since we store location in your Creator database, there no need to add that one!

To un-save a Creator, click into their profile and simply click Save once more. To edit Tags, click Manage Tags. Currently, you cannot edit the name of a tag. However, if you bulk-select that group and add a second tag, you can delete the first one afterwards. This will have the same outcome.

From the Creator Database section, you can bulk-select, and Add To Promotion. You can also stack Tags when doing this, to pull across a variety of different creative groups.

The Past Collaborators tab will list anyone who was ever associated with a campaign. This includes anyone you added to short-list (not just hired and posted).

If you have an existing Creator list we recommend importing them. Within Saved Creators, click Add Creators and drop in their profile URLs (maximum 500 at a time). At this time, you can import TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, and Twitter creators.

If you are getting an error, it may be that one of the links is invalid. If you scroll through the list, you will see it highlighted in red. You must remove it to proceed.
