This is your home base to find high-level artist summaries and granular, account-level post performance. Let's dig into it!
Social summary view
When you land on this page, you will see a list of all connected artists and their affiliated social accounts. This table pulls in both artist and fan pages, but you can filter by either type using the drop-down above the table. By default, the table is aggregated by artist. But, you can also break this down by individual account if you click View By Account.
To add fan accounts, click the blue Add Account button and tag it as either a Fan or Artist page.
Next, you might want to see trending posts over a given lookback period. To do so, navigate to the next tab, called All Posts. To narrow down on posts a specific artist or group of artists, use the drop-down above the graph. That drop-down will filter both the table, and the list of posts below.
Tip: Switch into List view to easily view all engagement metrics at a glance.
In general this landing page is a great place to start for high-level social audits. From here, you can click into an individual artist to enter their dedicated socials space.
Artist profile view
When you click on an artist's name in the main page, you will enter their dedicated summary page.
The Overview summarizes audience profile characteristics across all accounts that are selected in the top right corner. To filter the inputs for this audience view, you can un-select any of these and the view will update.
The Posts tab combines all content posted from the fan and artist accounts for the artist. Cobrand pulls in the most recent 30 posts for an account once it is added, and then automatically ingests all posts going forward.
The Sounds tab summarizes all creates across all ingested posts for associated accounts, identifies which sounds are being in each, and aggregates it. These are synced automatically, and updated daily.
Lastly, if you navigate to the Comments section, you will see an AI summary of audience sentiment across recent posts. Cobrand bases this metric on your last 3 posts, producing an Overall Sentiment Scor, and highlighting for you the top 5 comments in both positive and negative direction. Scroll down to view a selection of top comments and see the users who posted them.
