If you have existing fan data, you can easily import it to Cobrand. You can also continue importing data at any time.
First, you must have your Artist Profile set up, so that you can send emails and messages. Once that is done, you will see a button called Import Fans in the header of Fanbase.
Click Import Fans, select your file, and map each column to the correct field. You will see a sample of data per column is provided in this view. You will be asked to name the import to proceed. Next, you will be asked to certify that the imported fans have consented to receive marketing material from the artist.
