Authentication:
Accounts must authenticate TikTok access through the artist's TikTok account. You can find the option to authenticate an account under Profile Settings, and then by selecting Social Accounts. To find Profile Settings, select your Artist Profile in the bottom left corner. **You can also find the option under Mention & Tags once you click into an artist from the Social Listening homepage.
If you are currently logged into a personal TikTok on this browser, log out and then return to this page.
If you have access to the artists TikTok, click "Authenticate TikTok," then complete the login process.
If you do not have access to the account, send the login page URL to an account administrator who can complete the login steps.
Note: To authenticate TikTok, the account must be set to a Business account.
