1. Age Eligibility
Cobu is intended for users 18 years of age and older.
Individuals under the age of 18 may not create an account or use the platform.
Cobu does not knowingly permit minors to access the platform. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will take steps to remove the account promptly.
2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA)
Cobu strictly prohibits any content or behavior involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors, including but not limited to:
Sexual or suggestive content involving a minor
Grooming or attempts to build inappropriate relationships with minors
Requests for sexual images or personal information from minors
Sharing, promoting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Any such content will be removed immediately, and accounts involved will be permanently banned and reported to appropriate authorities as required by law.
3. Prohibited Conduct Involving Minors
The following behaviors are not allowed on Cobu:
Harassment, intimidation, or exploitation of minors
Sharing images or personal information of minors without appropriate guardian consent
Using the platform to facilitate contact with minors for inappropriate purposes
Encouraging off-platform contact with minors for unsafe or inappropriate reasons
4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Cobu provides in-app tools for reporting content or behavior that may violate these standards.
Users are encouraged to report any content or interactions that:
Involve a minor in an unsafe or inappropriate way, or
Raise concerns related to child safety or exploitation
Reports are reviewed promptly by Cobu’s moderation team.
Serious concerns may also be reported directly to info@livecobu.com.
5. Moderation and Enforcement
Cobu actively moderates user-generated content and responds to reports of policy violations.
Enforcement actions may include:
Removal of content
Temporary account suspension
Permanent account termination
Reporting to law enforcement or child protection authorities when required
Cobu cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations related to child safety.
6. Legal Compliance
Cobu complies with applicable child safety and data protection laws in the jurisdictions where we operate.
