In the app, click on the Perks tab in the horizontal menu at the bottom of the screen. This will open up a list of all the Perks for your building. Click on the one you’d like to redeem! When you’re ready to pay, press the “Redeem” button in the lower right corner of the screen and show the cashier that the Perk has been “Redeemed” on your screen.

For your frequently used Perks, you can click the “Save For Later” option on the lower left of the screen. This will create a customized list for easier access to your neighborhood faves!
