We define “off-site gathering" as a gathering that takes place away from your building’s property. So, organizing off-site can take a few forms.
If you’re meeting in a public place, like a park, be sure to include a meeting spot in your gathering description.
If you’re meeting at a restaurant, we recommend calling the restaurant a few days before to let them know the size of your gathering, in case you need to make a reservation.
It is always a good idea to share the location, address, and reservation name (if applicable) to everyone in the gathering so no matter what time they show up during the gathering, they’ll find you easily.
