Make sure editing in on

Go to the H5P activity in your course and click the three dots on the far left

Select Hide

The activity will be marked as hidden from students

Click on the three dots again and then choose Make available

Next choose Edit settings

Go down to H5P options and check the box next to Embed button

Choose Save and display when you save

Scroll to the bottom of the activity page, find <> Embed, and click it

Right click and Select all the text (or use the Control A or Command A keys on your keyboard)

Then right click and copy

In the description box of the activity in which you wish to embed the H5P activity, click the </> button on the ribbon

HTML text will appear

At the end of the HTML code, paste the embed code for your H5P content

The code will appear. Save your changes

The H5P activity will display in your primary activity. Below, an H5P collage activity is embedded in a forum post

The H5P content should remain hidden and made available as mentioned before
