Zoom Activity in Gradebook

Learn how to add and hide the Zoom activity in Gradebook.

Purpose

The purpose of this article is to provide step-by-step instructions for adding the Zoom LTI and then how to hide it in student grade view.

Note

Step #7 is currently not available. Zoom will show up in the instructor gradebook but will not affect grades if all other steps below are completed.

Procedure

  1. Click the plus sign in the spot where you want the resource and then click Activity or resource.

  2. Choose the Zoom LTI Pro mini tile in the activity chooser.

  3. Name the activity.

  4. Save your changes.

  5. If you want to hide the resource on the course page, click the three vertical dots on the far right of the Zoom activity. Select Availability and Hide on course page.

  6. Click Edit settings and open the Grade section. Select None from the dropdown menu.

  7. Save your changes.

  8. Go to the Grades tab to access the gradebook.

  9. Select Gradebook setup.

  10. Select Edit to the far right of the Zoom activity and click Hide to hide the Zoom activity in the student’s view of grades.
