Download an unofficial transcript and learn how to order an official transcript

Purpose

This article demonstrates where to go to request transcripts.

Procedure

  1. Login to the college portal at my.cochise.edu.

  2. Click on Academics from the left menu.

  3. Click on Transcripts.

4. You will be directed to the Transcripts page where there are instructions for ordering an official transcript.

5. For unofficial Transcripts, click the Banner Self-Service tile on the portal page.

6. On the page that appears, click View Unofficial Transcript in the black, left-side navigation pane.

7. On the next page, select Undergraduate, Unofficial, and Submit.

8. Print your transcript.
