Purpose
This article provides a resource link to the status page, allowing you to check if Respondus is operational.
Background
If your students are unable to get the LockDown Browser to open, or if Respondus monitor gives them errors, it may be that the Respondus server is experiencing difficulty.
π Please note: If it is only one or two students, the problem is more likely on their device and not a Respondus outage.
