Zoom: Post Scheduled Meeting Links in Moodle

This tutorial demonstrates the process for setting up the Zoom plugin in Moodle.

Purpose

Setting up the Zoom plugin in Moodle for your students to easily access scheduled meeting links.

Background

The plugin is best used with LSA (Live Stream Anywhere) classes.

Students will have a convenient list of scheduled class meetings, which includes a Join button for them to click on.

Further, the Zoom window inside Moodle includes a tab for Cloud Recordings. Your students can easily access the list of recorded classroom meetings and watch the videos inside Moodle.

Be sure you have your Pro Zoom account with the college before you try to set this up inside a Moodle course.

(You must enable Cloud Recordings when you schedule the recurring meeting)
