Purpose

The purpose of this article is to demonstrate what steps to take when the Class app does not start.

Note

If the Class app doesn't start, it could be caused by the computer’s C++ libraries not aligning with the Class app’s requirements. If you’re experiencing this issue on a College workstation, you’ll need the Help Desk to make the following changes.

Workaround:

Uninstall the Class app.
