Purpose
This article demonstrates how to enable the Experimental Nested Discussion View for forum activities. This offers a different visual representation of the forum pages which may be highly desirable for some users
Procedures
In Moodle, click on your profile icon at the top right of the browser window and select Preferences
In the User Account section, click on the Forum Preferences link
Change the Use experimental nested discussion view setting to Yes
Click on Save Changes.
Now, when reading a forum post, you will have the option to change to this view in the dropdown menu found at the top of a discussion post.
