Purpose

The purpose of this article is to demonstrate what to do after receiving a specific error related to the Question bank.

Note

If you fail to find a matching answer in the question_answers database table as in the example below, it is due to a mismatch between what is in the course and what is in the database.

That’s it! Now you should be able to import the course. In some cases, you may encounter the error again regarding a different question. If so, repeat the steps and then try to import.

Additional Note

You may also need to go into the course to be imported and delete duplicate blocks such as QuickMail or Calendar.
