Objective

Empower clients with the ability to search for and book appointments based on specific features/amenities using Branch Locator.

NOTE: Branch Locator is an add-on feature. Please connect with your Customer Success Manager to get started.

Branch Locator and the client experience

With Branch Locator, you can:

  • Extend the online experience clients have with your institution to include searching for locations that don’t offer services, but do offer specific functionality your clients are looking for, such as an off-site ATM

  • Empower clients to search for and schedule appointments at locations based on filterable features, such as extended hours or on-site parking

The following is an example of the online client experience using Branch Locator. Please note that the flow may vary depending on Client View settings at your organization.

Branch Locator + Lobby

If your organization is using Lobby and Branch Locator, estimated wait times for the selected service will display in map results when a client searches using Branch Locator.

Key Terms

Branch Locator consists of two key elements: Points and Location Features.

Points

A Point is a location-based entity that does not have a service assigned to it. An example of a Point may be an off-site ATM.

Points enable your clients to search for specific features that don’t include a service - such as an ATM - from the same place they access online to schedule an appointment.

NOTE: If a client selects a service as part of the online booking experience and then searches Locations, the Point will not display in search results because a Point does not have any services associated with it.

The following articles include additional information about Points:

Location Features

A Location Feature is an attribute associated with a Point or a Location. An example of a Location Feature may be extended hours or parking on-site.

When a Location Feature is added, it displays as a clickable filter to clients in the online booking experience. Locations associated with that Location Feature display in search results.
