Hot Tips!
Include the client’s email address to ensure confirmation emails are sent to the client
Select Receive SMS after entering a client’s mobile number so that they can receive SMS notifications
Entering the client’s preferred timezone will ensure that this timezone is used in email and text notifications, as well as when a client cancels or reschedules an appointment
Whether the client's cell phone, home phone, or work phone number displays is dependent upon which is set as the primary phone number in your organization's settings
