Configure your organization’s firewall to ensure your employees can leverage Coconut Connect for video meetings with clients.
Steps
To ensure successful usage of Connect for video appointments, addresses for our video service partner Daily® for Coconut Connect, and for Coconut need to be added to your organization’s firewall configuration.
Add Daily addresses
Add the addresses listed below to your organization’s firewall configuration to enable successful communication with our video service partner, Daily:

Add Coconut Connect addresses

A note on access and visibility
Admin users can configure Connect preferences by accessing Settings. Organizations may also require the support of their IT teams for firewall configuration updates.
