Having trouble connecting your smart lights to our app? This guide works for all supported brands
🔄 Step 1: Factory Reset Your Light
Always start by resetting your light to factory settings. This removes any old connections that might interfere with pairing.
💡 How to reset: Click here.
⚠️ Common Connection Issues (and How to Fix Them)
🔁 Light not in pairing mode
Your light should blink or flash after a reset.
If it's not, repeat the reset process carefully.
🌐 Wrong Wi-Fi network
Most smart lights only support 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.
Make sure your phone is also connected to the same 2.4 GHz network.
🔑 Incorrect Wi-Fi password
Double-check the password.
Avoid special characters or very long passwords—some lights don’t support them well.
📶 Weak signal
Move the light closer to your Wi-Fi router.
Avoid walls or metal objects that could block the signal.
🔗 Already paired with another app
If you’ve connected the light to a brand’s app before, factory reset it to clear old pairings.
📱 Missing phone permissions
On your phone, enable the following for our app:
Location access
Wi-Fi permissions
Bluetooth (if your light uses Bluetooth)
🧪 Try the Official Brand App
Still having issues? Download the brand’s official app from the App Store or Google Play. This helps test if the light itself is working correctly.
