📌 Where to Find the Matter QR Code
The Matter QR code is usually printed on or a sticker:
The light bulb itself (on the base or side)
The LED controller box (for strip lights or fixtures)
The product packaging (check inside the box or instruction manual)
A separate QR sticker included in the packaging
Look for a small square QR code labeled with the word “Matter” or the Matter logo (three arrows in a triangle pattern).
❓ Can’t Find the QR Code?
No worries - if you're unable to locate the Matter QR code, you can still connect your light using our Smart Pairing option.
Just tap “Can’t see QR” on the scanning screen. Our app will then guide you through the alternative pairing method to get your light connected quickly.
