Here's a guide on what to do if you've lost your phone or got a new one and lost access to your 2FA account codes:

If you had iCloud backup activated in the app, you need to log in to the cloud you used on your previous phone on your new iPhone. Then the codes will automatically be imported when you open the app. If this does not work for you you can export your accounts in the app from your old phone and send them as a file to your new phone where you can then click "import" in the settings menu of our app. One of these solutions should be able to solve your issue.

If you can't recover your account using backup codes or account recovery options, the next step is to contact customer support for the service you're trying to access. Explain your situation and provide any necessary information to verify your identity. The support team may be able to assist you in regaining access to your account or disabling 2FA temporarily to allow you to set it up again.
