Some basic trouble shooting steps for minor technical issues

  1. Using google chrome? At CodeWizards, we highly recommend that students operate on a Google Chrome web browser, as it is most compatible with our platform. You can download this web browser by simply typing in “Google Chrome web browser” on your preferred search engine, then clicking DOWNLOAD.

  2. Has your student student logged out recently? Please ensure that your student has successfully logged out of their account on ALL devices and in all tabs/windows before attempting to log back in.

  3. Try a fresh incognito window. You can access a private browser simply by pressing Ctrl + Shift + n

  4. If you are still experiencing technical difficulties please reach out to our support team during our business hours, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm CT for further assistance. Please include screen shots if possible to help us diagnose the issue!
