We understand life happens and you may need to change the status of your student's enrollment for a time being. If this change is caused by an issue with our instructors, curriculum, platform or anything else at all please reach out to our customer service team and give us the chance to make it right. To change the status of your students' enrollment a status change form will have to be completed. Once completed we will process your changes and adjust billing accordingly.
