If stack is private and ownership is set to My Account.

It happens when stack is set to private, and owned by you. You should change the ownership of the stack to organization.
Steps to change ownership of the stack:
i. To see used stack (Project-> Stack-> Info) inside IDE.
ii. Go to the Stacks->My Stacks (see left side of the dashboard).
iii. Click on the Stack->Edit (used stack).
iv. Change the Owner from My account to your organizations (name of your organization) then Save. You don't need to publish it again. See screenshot.

Note: You can only edit the stack if it is owned by you.

Your organization can use this stack by changing the ownership from my account to organization.
