With Prompt Templates, You Can Generate Quicker Bot Responses Featuring:

  1. Curated Query Structure: Predefine Repetitive Query prompts.

  2. Polymorphic Format: Utilise Variables To Use The Same template Across Multiple Domains.

  3. Super-Flexible Design: Enjoy The Freedom To Craft Your prompts And Define Variables Without Restrictions.

How Can You Start Using The Prompt Templates?

Click on the highlighted icon in the right sidebar to access the prompt templates.

To create a new prompt template click on the '+' icon.

Define variables with double curly-braces, eg. {{skill area}}. These variables can be later assigned the necessary content during the conversation. The prompts can be shared with everyone in your team and can be assigned to specific bots. Each time you create new conversations for those bots, all prompt templates linked to that bot will be displayed.

Shared Prompt Templates

After creating the prompt templates by clicking on the prompt templates icon on the right sidebar, enable the 'Share' option and the prompt templates created by you will be accessible by everyone in your team.
