To provide feedback on your bot's responses, users have the ability to vote on them on the Cody widgets. To get started, go to your bot's share settings > customisation.

After enabling voting on your widgets, you can choose to allow upvotes, as users will initially only have the option to downvote. Additionally, you have the flexibility to enable voting on either the latest response or all responses of the bot.

The votes can be monitored through the conversation logs in the chat interface. Within these logs, the sentiment column will showcase the feedback submitted by users.

Note: Upvotes carry more weight than downvotes to ensure realistic metrics and mitigate potential bias.

Bot Usefulness

The bot's usefulness is calculated based on users' sentiment scores across all conversations, providing a quantifiable measure of its overall impact.
